This has to come close to one of the best days of the summer so far! What a fun place to bring the kids!
Taylor was in her glory. I'm just so amazed at how much she enjoys being around animals. She is so kind and loving, it seems to come very naturally. Maddie enjoyed brushing the bunnies... ...and putting hair pretties on the pony. Something I still find so hysterical, the ponies were not phased by the surrounding children and they were literally covered! Emmitt loved every minute of it, we brought the stroller, but I don't think he sat it in! He seemed to enjoy the goats and they liked him too! Now on to the really, really fun part of the day! The Splash Park! The big pool of bubbles seemed to be the biggest hit of the day. I had so much fun just watching them!
One of our favorite days of the summer, spending time with family and longtime friends up in NH.
Tom was a great sport and spent a long time with the girls in the lake. Maddie is officially swimming on her own with no help! I'm so proud of her, she is doing so well! Mommy isn't that strong! Taytay is a little fish too Speaking of fish...the girls both caught one! With the help from their Uncle Paul. Ending the day with the traditional gingerbread dessert, yum!
We had a special overnight girl's weekend with Aunt Marie and Aunt Mary up in Wells, ME.
Taylor loved low tide and collected a whole bucket full of periwinkles! It was hysterical watching her try to lug the whole pail up the beach! She did the right thing and put them all back. Maddie and another girl caught about 8 crabs, she was so proud! Hanging out at Aunt Mary and Uncle Dino's camp. Dessert!
We enjoyed a funfilled 4th of July weekend, Tom took a mini vacation and was able to attend all the usual festivities.
Cupcakes I made for Kim's party. Maddie enjoying her first sparkler! Can't believe that they are 5 years old! I probably have a picture from each July 4th parade of them! The big kids! and the baby of the group, Emmitt! Buds taking a break from the pool. Elise and Maddie having fun. I think that's Lincoln with them! The girls loved modeling off the cool hats!
We enjoyed a fun girls day in Boston with Christina, Hannah and Amelia. First we visited the Aquarium, had a yummy lunch, rode the carousel and hung out at Fanueil Hall for the afternoon.
